Our Third Party Maintenance (TPM) partner only works through resellers such as us.


TPM’s support a large variety of different manufacturers systems, and their engineers have to be accustomed to working in a mixed platform environment.


Our TPM offers a 24/7 help-desk and their service includes initial fault diagnosis and arrangements for the correct spares to be supplied along with one of their engineers to swap-out any faulty systems.


We can aggregate multiple different maintenance contracts into one, simplifying your administration and technical support requirements.


Our TPM's goal is to get you back up and running again, with the minimum of cost, and disruption.


They can also assist you with systems that are officially "end of life", and support you ongoing, as required.

Our TPM will handle the initial support case. If they need our help for any IoT specific issues, then we will become involved.


Where there are not any third party products involved and you are only working with us for IoT related products, then we will support you directly.


We will keep you updated. Our TPM's portal includes automatic updates and escalation rules. We work closely with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as is possible.

We can usually reduce your maintenance costs, by aggregating several different contracts into one.


Usually manufacturers will raise their maintenance contract prices as systems age, or you may be in a position where the manufacturer has advised you that they are “end of life”.


 In any of these situations this is where our TPM adds value, and remember – this is their core business, they are all about maintenance, and mixed vendor platforms.


SLA review meetings 


You will have quarterly review meetings with us to review maintenance & support contracts, and to suggest ways we can both do things better, to improve uptime.


This is a truly partnership area. When things fail, it is the time when well practised plans and experienced staff show their value.

Our TPM partner's support covers many countries, delivered through a  network of several hundred strategically located local stock holding sites.


If you have requirements which fall outside our TPM Partner's standard geographical coverage, then they may still be able to help.
